रास्ते में ही
छोड़कर उन्हे जाने कि आदत है
वो मेरे हर झूठ से खुश होती,
जिसे हमेशा सच बोलने की आदत थी,
वो एक आंसू भी गिरने पर खफा होती थी,
जिसे तन्हाई में रोने की आदत थी,
वो कहती थी की मुझे भूल जाओगे,
जिसे मेरी हर बात याद रखने की आदत थी,
हमेशा माफ़ी मांगने के बहाने से,
रोज़ गलतियाँ करना उसकी आदत थी,
वो जो दिल जान न्योछावर करती थी मुझ पर,
मगर छोटी सी बात पर रूठना उसकी आदत थी,
हम उसके साथ चल दिए पर ये नहीं जानते थे,
की रास्ते में ही छोड़कर उन्हे जाने कि आदत है
